  • About: I am a 33 year old single asian female who works 3 nights/week.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I started to take control of my weight, health, and physical appearance issues on February 6, 2013 where I weighed 230 lbs. I started going to LA Fitness gym and eating less than the usual or eating just vegetables and fruits. There were so many times that I went back to my old lifestyle but by God's grace, I was able lost 65 lbs. until December 1, 2013. I am very, very thankful to Joe Cross for his Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead film. I stumbled upon it one day either May or June while I was browsing online about being fat. See, I was tired of being fat and ugly. So that day I decided to do something about it and Joe Cross' film came up from google search. I watched the film and my perception totally changed and bought the Breville juicer once I got my paycheck! But the novelty wore off and I kept falling off the wagon so many times I lost track. I kept visiting this website and Joe Cross Facebook and read success stories but I never got past day 2 of every juice fast attempt that I made. December 1, 2013 I was very bloated with leftovers from Thanksgiving, I kept thinking about my yo-yo dieting and afraid that I will go back to being 230 lbs. or worse. When I got off work the next day, the first thing that I did was buy the Mean Green juice recipes and consumed it for several days along with chewing on clementines. I was able to lose an additional 24 lbs. until late January 2014. December 24, 2015, I am at 140 lbs. I have been in the 140s since late January of 2014. I have lost a total of 90 lbs. which is very awesome. How I maintain the weight now is by eating vegetables and fruits and drinking water. No exercise. Lazy now. I still do eat regular foods as well so why I can't go down to the 120s which is my ultimate goal. I was borderline diabetic and hypertensive and had sleep apnea when I was at 230 lbs.
