    I'm going to be doing juice, smoothies, soups and salad on an ongoing basis if you'd like to join me. My only request is that there be no discussion about food that is NOT plant-based.

    I thought since the Holidays are coming up as well as the end of the year and I would rather start the year off on a positive note then as a desperate resolution, I will do nothing but juices, smoothie and salad until the end of the year. I know just juices alone would give me faster weight loss but I am trying to focus on health and not just weight alone as well as something that is sustainable for the long haul. I would love company and support if anyone else is interested? Join me and we can encourage and support each other. :)
