• About: I am fairly newly married. I have only been married about a year. I bought a juicer in July for my birthday. I looked in the mirror after watching "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and "Forks Over Knives" and realized that I could no longer abide feeling sick every day. I determined that by my next birthday I was going to be a healthy weight. I have done three three day reboots and generally drink a juice most days. I have cut out a huge amount of meat and a good chunk of the dairy from my diet.I did some more research and realized I am most likely gluten intolerant. Cutting the gluten out made a huge difference. I want to be healthy. I feel better today than I have in years. I joined myfitnesspal and have dropped forty pounds since I began. The scale is a bit lighter each and every week. I have learned to see myself in shapes instead of numbers. When my next birthday rolls around Inplan to buy a new bathing suit and Iplan to look good in it.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: Because I love the news letter and I want to join the January guided reboot. It will be my first guided reboot.
