    Just because you are on a Reboot doesn’t mean that you have to stop your regular exercise routine. Nor does it mean that you have to start one either. Just regular juicing will give your body all the nutrients and energy it needs for you to continue your lifestyle and feel great.

    Having said that, we strongly believe that with the right amount and type of exercise you can take your Reboot to a whole new level.

    If you are looking to start an exercise program, there is no reason that you can’t increase your amount of physical activity while on a Reboot. In fact, most people feel that they have more energy and enthusiasm for exercise while juicing. OurReboot Movement Method outlines a number of different programs of varying intensities so no matter what your fitness level, you will find a way to get moving. If you are a frequent exerciser, you will be surprised as to how much more energy you have to keep your training regime going!

    During the first three days of your Reboot we recommend keeping your physical activity at a moderate to low level of intensity to help your body detoxify so you don’t put too much stress on your immune system. The Reboot Walking Workout: Low Intensity and our Reboot Movement Workout: Low Intensity are perfect examples. Both include detailed videos in addition to guidelines to help you achieve the perfect balance between your juicing and exercise. The Reboot Movement Workout also includes a video for each move to ensure proper form to get the most out of your workout.

    After your third day of juicing, you will likely feel your energy levels increase. If so, you may feel that you can participate in more strenuous forms of exercise. The Reboot Jogging Workout: High Intensity and our Reboot Training Workout: High Intensity have been designed especially for this stage of your Reboot. Both include detailed videos and guidelines to help you achieve the perfect balance between your juicing and exercise. The Reboot Training Workout also has a video for each move to ensure proper form to get the most out of your workout. Your body will feel great as it adapts to the higher intensity exercises, helping you increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness while toning and shaping your body from head to toe. If you are feeling challenged with the Low Intensity workouts, then stick with those until you feel ready to participate in a more rigorous workout routine.
