Thanks for your encouraging words. I too am at home quite a bit and it is hard to stay motivated and not get depressed about my weight and lack of exercise. It is a vicious cycle we get ourselves into. Stay strong and try to feed your brain only positive images of yourself. Don't let it focus on your past failures or setbacks. Dwelling on those things is so bad for you that it literally zaps all your motivation. It is crazy, but most of this is a head game. I know you said you are between jobs and so am I. This only gives us more time to dwell on our past failures but lets not do that. Lets find a positive image of ourselves for how we want to be and burn it into our minds. Keep going, you have been a trooper!
