  • About: I used to be an athlete, being a member of the swim, wrestling, and cross country teams. After graduation, I started working with computers, and exercise became harder to fit into my schedule. I have gradually gained weight and am currently about 75 pounds over where I would like to be. (260 lbs. where I should be closer to 185.)
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I watched "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" on Netflix and was motivated to change my life. I had my wife watch it, and she became exited even though she has always been athletic and has never needed to lose weight. I really miss running, and I want to lose enough weight where I can start running again without hurting myself.
  • Favorite Juice? Carrot-Apple-Ginger, Green Citrus, Sporty Spice, Sunrise Juice
  • Food temptation? Hamburgers
