  • About: I started juicing to try and lower my cholesterol naturally and not depend on Crestor as a maintenance drug. I first juiced 5 years ago when my mom introduced me to juicing but I didn't take it seriously back then. When I was diagnosed with high cholesterol I began to watch what I eat and slowly eliminated fast food and sodas from my diet. Currently my cholesterol level is near the border as well as my sugar level, I'm trying to eat healthy and juice to improve my health so that I could watch my son grow up and hopefully live long enough to see my grand kids. I also started a new website Juicing with G to share the recipes I've tried and the lesson's I've learned juicing.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: To add more recipes to my recipe list and meet with fellow rebooters. Cheers!
  • Favorite Juice? Anything with apple and lemon in it
  • Food temptation? Chocolate

Also those who are maintaining or transitioning as well as total juicers and modified rebooters). This is a wall on behalf of Joe (and his staff) who have helped thousands gain back their health and happiness by showing us that plant based food matters. Success stories and thank you/s galore. ... I will be the first to write on this wall.
