Hiya.... Just saw your post in the video's and posted this in there too....

Sorry 4urHands, I just saw that...
Everything I've seen so far on Cancer is calling Bullsh*t on "Cancer being hereditary" (Heart disease, and most anti-amunie system diseases too plus about 30 other things).

When you watch a lot of these video's you'll realize that they're ALL saying the medical industry is full of crap about people just having bad genes. They're almost all saying that people are eating bad (the Standard American Diet [SAD]) and because of this they are deficient on "Nutrients" to properly run all the Cells in their body, so because of this the body has to "shut down some of it's systems".
The "Hereditary" part of the equation come from "What system does Your family shut down First?": Some family's get Cancer, some families get Heart disease, some families get Alzheimer's ...or pick one; Arthritis, Asthma, Crohns Disease, Colitis, Diabetes, Diverticulitis, Eczema, Gout, Halitosis, Migraines, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis, Rheumatism/Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ulcers, or a bunch of others....
In other words, even IF your family has a history of getting Cancer IF you eat correctly chances are you won't get Cancer. Conversely speaking, families from other country's that have no genetic history of Heart Disease or Cancer move to America and their chances increase substantially and THEIR Kids become part of America's statistic of getting one of these problems (Watch the Dr Fehrman video for an explain of this).

I'm on day 34, and I must be honest...the last few days I've been really looking for an excuse to cheat. Especially on days like today when the sun is shinning so bright, it's 80 degrees and the California waters are just sparkling like champagne bubbles. I dream of sitting in the sun with a local wine and a fantastic Ahi salad. But...alas, I do not cheat. I have not cheated. I'm waiting for day 61.

Hi Izzi!!! Good for you on the treadmill! I'm on day 33 tomorrow of juicing. I can't believe it. I'm a bit of a slacker the last couple of days as far as the exercise goes. It's that time...ugh.

But trust me, give me 3 days to be a wimpy girl then I'm back!!!! Stronger than ever!! I really like those videos.

Yeah...that cilantro is scary. I went heavy duty on it one day. Whoa momma!!!

    Have a great night!!!

Hi foldyourhands---What self control you exhibited while dining with your parents. A cup of tea is always socially acceptable in this situation. You were living in the moment! Ah, you are so on your way! Have an awesome day dear.

Oh, and I have to tell you!!!!!!! This weekend was very challenging. My parents came to visit my son and I this weekend. Well, actually they left today. Anyway, guess what they wanted to do the entire time??? Oh yes, go out to eat. I sat through meal after meal sipping on chamomile tea, and water. I wish that kind of will power alone would allow you to drop 10 pounds instantly. Eh, it's fine. 5 pounds a week is pretty nice :)

Hi foldyourhands----Hope that you are enjoying a walk along a sunny beach. How's the journey going? Made some fresh juices with grapefruit....that's my latest passion at the moment. Grapefruit juice straight up not so tasty. But juiced with other freggies. Woowee. It's like I'm on a tropical island. What's your favorite juice?

Did two 'rounds' of the exercise challenge. Knee not buggin' me at all. Hoping that one of these days, I'll feell confident that it is healed. The body is a wonderful mechanism....it just may do the the job. Take care and keep in touch. You go girl. ~IZzi~

Hi Izzi!!! I wish I could walk on the beach, but we had a "storm" roll through this weekend. It was just rain...we Californians don't know much about weather. I must admit, my favorite juices are in the morning because they are fruit. I love pineapple, kiwi, mango, carrot. Over ice and through a straw of course :) My juicing is going great. I find the evenings a bit challenging still. I guess dinner time was my favorite. I'm on day 28, and have lost 21 pounds. I'm feeling skinny, feeling healthy. I started the squat challenge yesterday as well. Not too bad. Fixing to do the next 55 in a bit. Tomorrow I'm going to post a video for the week, for who ever would like to do it. I will be doing it for sure. Have a great end of the weekend. Thanks for checking in.

Let's start spring with a swift kick and do a reboot for the month of April. Our group began in March; some started and some left...but many stayed. This group is for anyone who wants to do a full juice fast. That means no solids are eaten OR talked about. If you feel that you need to be eating while juicing, there are other groups that have that as their focus. If you slip while on your reboot, just tell us that you slipped without going into specifics...and continue on. "Start by doing what's necessary, then do what's possible. Suddenly you're doing the impossible." St. Francis of Assisi

*Individual results may vary. Reboots are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any medical or health condition. Reboots are not recommended for everyone, and before commencing a Reboot or any other nutritional or dietary regimen, you should consult with your qualified health care provider in order to assess any potential benefits or risks to you with consideration of your personal medical situation. You should also continue to work closely with your qualified health care provider if you intend to engage in a long-term Reboot. Our Guided Reboot Programs are not advised for women who are pregnant or nursing.
