I just started my 2 round of a 30 yesterday. I did one in March of this year and lost 35 lbs, felt super energized and healthier than i've ever been. The thing is I have a weight goal in mind and i wanted to reach it by the end of the summer, so i wanted to give it another go. I've tried to do it about 4-5 times since then, but for one reason or another, I fell off the wagon. I haven't put any weight back on since the first fast, but I'm really committed this time and am trying many things to stay on track. I decided to reach out to this forum as one way to help keep me motivated. I will update my progress on this thread everyday with the hopes that it will keep me going. Thanks for reading and good luck to all those who are doing it also!! I'd also be interested to hear of anyone who started that day, or this week for that matter, so we can keep each other going strong. Juice on!!
