    Today is my first day and I have a calorie question. I read somewhere that a glass of Mean Green Juice has over 300 calories. I'm wondering if I drink alot of juice, like 6-8 glasses a day, will I still lose weight? Is it possible to drink too much juice? I'm doing a 10-day juice-only fast.

    Day 2 is hellish! I'm starving, I have a headache, I'm grumpy, and I'm so mad that I cant eat or have wine for 9 more days! Ugh.

    How bad would it be to have a glass of wine at night? Would it totally derail everything? I am on Day 2 of 10 day juice only, and I'm going nuts. My nightly glass on wine is what usually gets me through the day after the kids go to sleep (I'm a stay at home mom).

    Yesterday I took a day off from my 10 day juice only fast because we had already made plans to have friends over for a cookout. I ate and drank alot (but it was great!). This morning I get on the scale and I gained 5 lbs!!! How is it possible to gain 5 lbs in one day?? Today I'm back on the juice for 5 more days and hopefully will lose the weight.
