    Hi, just wondering how things are going since your reboot? I started, again, in March. So far so good. It's a little different than last time but easier because I kinda knew what to expect.

    Hi! I enjoyed your reply to my email 4 days ago. I didn't have my email settings sending me notifications until now. What day are you on now? I am starting Day 5 today. My goal is to lose 20 lbs before I eat. I have a long journey ahead of me. I will juice fast again. In your opinion do you think it's more productive to do a long fast or break it up into shorter ones? Thanks!

    On day 51, 9 days left weighed myself on day 50 lost 46.2 lbs. Do shorter ones, I will never do 60 day again, woud'nt do more than 5-7 day.

    It's a New Year, time for a New You (and me)! I'm one of those people that need to go all out for something. Kind of an all-or-nothin' kind of gal! I want to start a 60 day Juice Only Reboot on January 1st. Who's with me??? That gives us 2 weeks to get our acts together, but a juicer (if you don't have one already), search for recipes that you think will work for you (us)! I'd like to lose about 50 lbs. (give or take) during my reboot, although in the grand scheme of things, I have even more to lose. It's been a while since I've been lighter than that, so not sure of my ultimate goal yet. Let's support each other. Would love daily chatters. I know sometimes life gets in the way, but everybody should be able to squeeze in a few minutes to say how they're doing, ask for support, etc. Who's with me??
