I'm starting my 3rd reboot tomorrow. I've played with juicing for many years now but my very first reboot was in 2010 when i did 7 days up Juicy Mountain doing Jason Vales program in Turkey. I have had juice in my life regularly since then and i managed 28 days in July, lost 21lbs. But whilst i have included juice in my life for a long time now i have yet to expel all the rubbish and that's holding me back.
I have soft tissue arthritis and a low immune system and i know that when i'm juicing everything is SO much better.
So the aim is for 60 days - which brings me nicely to a 2 week walking holiday, and for once, i'd like to not only fit into my really nice waterproof's but i'd like not to suffer like an old cripple at the end of each day. I'm starting at 196lbs. My final goal is 140lbs but i'm not holding myself to it in 60 days! I'm just going to take one small day at a time, may be even an hour at a time when it gets tough!
If anyone out there would like to join me that'd be great. If not i'll keep posting anyway, as it helps with my accountability and commitment to myself.
