  • About: I am a 36 year old female who enjoys being outdoors. I recently moved to CA with my 17 year old son and my boyfriend. I hope to find a job soon cause I am so bored and lonely!
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I have never weighed this much in my entire life! I am suffering from depression since leaving my home town. It has been hard since I am still looking for work plus I don't know anyone here. I just got a great juicer from my bf and I am going to start this diet in the next few days. I am very scared and nervous and I need y'all's help and support! I am 195 pounds! I need help before it's too late.

    yes I'm still here :)

Still juicing but I'm finding my own way to do it so I stick to this lifestyle change better. Juice through the day and a salad at night, weekends I will eat lightly and still juice. I am still losing weight but not as fast but I am ok with this. I started aerobics for 30-60 min a day. I feel great!

Hiya Dust Devilette VX-31... I hope I got the spelling right :)

I can understand your fears. However, I recall a young teacher many years ago saying to her children: Turn that frown upside down, and this is want you to take away with you as you start on this wonderful life changing journey. There are so many success stories out there with people who all have one thing in common: they want a healthier life-style. Yes, all have some type of issue - mine is plateau-ing at the moment - but firstly there are so many people out there willing to support you, and Joe also has a lot of links that you might find relate to you particular issue.

I am positive that in no time at all you will looking back on this day and wondering why you were scared, especially when you see so many benefits in a very short time.

    HAPPY THOUGHTS, AND HAPPY JUICING.

Thank you so much Maxine! It is your encouraging words that will help me get started with this juicing. I don't get any support at home unfortunately all I get is good lectures and it has pushed me to depression. I am never been more un-happy with my life than what I am right now. It is time for a change, I want this change.....it's just going to be a rough start.

I am starting a New Years Day juice Reboot for 30 days! I decided to start on the 1st January 2014 because we all have the day off work and apparently the 1st day is the hardest..! I will be 30 on the 24th January and I need to change my lifestyle. No more junk food for me!!
