  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: Trying to eat better, be healthier. I really have no health issues to speak of except migraines. And I'm getting to the age I'm starting to feel it in my knees. I'm pretty good about exercise, but that's not getting me all the way where I want to be. I know I have some unhealthy eating habits. I avoid processed and fast food, but can't stay away from ice cream and the chocolate in a co-worker's desk drawer calls my name all the time. I want to get to the point where those things don't draw me so much but can be an occasional treat. I joined to wipe out the cravings!
  • Favorite Juice? sweet potato, apple, carrot, ginger
  • Food temptation? ice cream

    Im sorry your having a hard time with it, try to stay foused and look at the benifits your accomplishing by denying your self of things that are making you sick, fat and could possibly kill you some day, I have been adding 2 juices to my diet each day and eating healthy, until I start my 60 day reboot, which I will be starting Either tomorrow or Nov1 st, I will be happy to keep you motivated if you like, I have 100 lbs to lose, im 48, married and have 2 children 27 and 28 and one grand baby, . Let me know or be friend me and we can help each other though this, we can do it
