Hello, DAY 7 for me. It hasn't been easy, but then again I didn't think it would be. I've been making juice for my husband and little one (mostly fruit) and they love it. How are you doing? Are you completely tired of beets like me? Well, hang in there. Just 2 more days!

That's great! I'm 1 day behind you. I keep reading about the dramatic weight loss people are experiencing. Could this really be the answer to quick, healthy weight loss?

I really think so! I use small portions and snacks, but I know that it is a good way to maintain my weight when the juicing is over. I think it is difficult to transition for some people into healthy normal eating once the fasting is over. I had a friend do the 21 day fix and it worked for her, but then she just binged on junk food when it was done. I think it's ok to have a small treat here and there after the juicing but the point is to break the hold that these sweet and salty foods have on us. My fiance went out last night with his buddy and I was very jealous. But I know I will be able to enjoy things again like that. He even brought me home truffle fries.....ughhhhh. And my folks were making pizzas! Temptation all around me. But I stayed true. And I woke up feeling good about myself.
