  • About: Father of 29 years and spouse of 32 years. I motorcycle, camp, hike, bicycle and work to support my family and lifestyle. At 59 years old I find that my excess weight and poor eating habits are catching up with me, slowing me down and creating problems. I am looking for this reboot to help me to continue to change my long term habits so I can do even more.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I have been overweight for the better part of the past decade. I'm 59 and 330 pounds. The weight is starting to chip away at my health and I need something to kickstart better habits. I tried a few months with Weight Watchers and I've made some progress. I did a reboot over the summer and it was hard, but I lost 30 pounds! I'm hoping this reboot program will help me build on that progress. I'm ready to lose weight and work to get off my meds and kickstart healthier eating habits and lifestyle.

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!
