    Hi NickyD and TammyF and everyone else who welcomed us!

    Today is day 4 of our juicing. The first fatigue feeling is gone, we sleep very well (deeper), we feel our thoughts are "clearer" if that makes any sense, our facial skin looks cleaner as well (less red). My husband is having very heavy headaches tough which he attributes to caffeine withdrawal, we feel packed with renewed energy, had a fabulous 3hrs walk yesterday on the seawall.

    One thing remains a mystery tough: my husband lost 4 pounds on the first 2 days, and yesterday's weigh in showed that he had put it all back.....same for my 1/2 pound. Has anyone of you experienced the same? Might just be our bodies adjusting to this new routine?

    Hi Rebooting community! Just started yesterday with hubby our 10 days juicing fast and so far nothing to signal else than we are both so tired..... We love the content of our fridge and our dng room table, all these fruits and veggies are so beautiful to look at and of course 'eat'.

    Question: has any of you added nuts to actually chew while being on any of the juice program? I'm missing the chewing/mastication aspect of eating. If anyone has a suggestion.

    Hubby goal is to most likely stick to the plan for 30 days (he needs to loose 40lbs) but I'll stop at 10 days as more of a cleanse than anything else and of course support to him.
