    To juice only is really hard and I have not mastered it yet! I can go all day with only juice but dinner is hardest. I will continue to work towards my goal 1 day at a time.

    Day 4,

    Last night I felt really dizzy and I lost control over a plate of rice and beans. This morning I went back to juicing. I lost 5 pounds so far, and I will keep doing my best.

    I have a huge headache, feel sleepy, and sort of off. I wish I could be at home in bed but I'm at work for the next 2.5 hours. I guess that's not too bad. However, I can't wait for the burst of energy to kick in… :-(

    Day one,

    I feel hopeful but worried that I will mess up. I don't know how long I can go on this juice fast. I tried once before and gave in to food at 10pm (total binge). I've been eating clean for a few days and juicing too. I'm open to suggestions and tips. My current BMI is 44.1 (its painful, physically and emotionally) my goal is to get within normal BMI limits: one pound at a time. This year I will balance my life mind, body, and spirit for good. I have battled obesity all of my live and I'm ready to stop fighting and start living.

    Normal weight = 18.5–24.9
    Overweight = 25–29.9

    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater.

    I made it past breakfast was a green juice with kale, swiss chard, and other veggies and lunch was carrot, cucumber, lemon, apple, ginger juice. At 2pm I felt so low that all I could think about was ordering food to be delivered to my job. Instead I put 2tsp of raw honey in a cup of hot water and poured it over ice, added juice of one lemon…I know it's not exactly staying on track but it helped me feel so much better & stronger until 2:45pm. I'm crashing and praying for help to stay with juice for dinner.

    The first few days are the hardest. There's no way around the fact you're going to need solid steel will power for the beginning. But it does get a bit easier, and you'll be motivated by the weight loss, as long as you have reasonable expectations.

    I currently have a BMI of over 60, so I know how you feel, and then some. But believe it or not, you do have control over this. And there is no better way to take control than juicing.

    One thing you should do is take your mind of eating. Find something to do; watch a movie, play video games, go for a swim if you're able, or even just cruise the Web a bit.

    Don't get discouraged, promised yourself you're going to do this.

    Maybe you have been searching for healthier vegetable and fruit-based alternatives to feed your family during your own juice feast. If so, good for you!! With obesity rates SOARING around the world (children included), there is no better time to make health a priority for every single body in your home (including your pet!!). And for those who are letting food serve as a source of "medicine" for the ills that plague the body, here's to living a STRONG life! Welcome aboard!! There are no "wagons" from which to fall off in here...just an open roundtable for exchanging nutritious plant-based food and drink ideas. So feel free to post your thoughts, recipes and pictures. Everyone is more than welcome to contribute to the "clean" eating that I hope we can accomplish and share. Each one, reach out and teach one!!     A group for those interested in not only doing a reboot but using it as a tool to effect serious change in your life. Use this opportunity to kick cravings out, face mental demons, load up on tons of fruits and vegetables and start living the life you always knew you could! I just completed my first 60 day juice only reboot on Thanksgiving (11-28-14) and lost 40lbs!!!! I felt great and still do but am not mentally where I want to be with food yet and physically still need to lose about 40lbs. So, I enjoyed my month after Thanksgiving to Christmas eating a mostly vegan diet and am ready to kick off another 60 day juice reboot. All are welcome, newbies and veterans alike, and although I am doing juice only and hope others will join me, all rebooters are welcome whether you juice only or don't or if it is for 60 days or 3. Let's join together and encourage one another to freedom!!!!

    This group is for anyone who is striving to eat and drink only plants. We all know that a plant-based whole-foods diet is the healthiest way to eat, a la Drs. Ornish, McDougall, Esselstyn, Furhman, Caldwell, Campbell, etc. It can prevent and even cure many diseases. I have tried a couple times to fully transition to a plant-based whole-foods diet and have not yet succeeded. I am giving it another go and would love to give and receive support from like-minded people. I have watched "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead," "Forks Over Knives," and other documentaries, and I'm really inspired! Will you join me?
