    I had a successful reboot and now am eating following Joe's mantra of trying to eat only foods that have been grown. Since I started the reboot I have stopped drinking coffee and have stopped eating meat, dairy and pasta and bread. This has made so much difference to my life, which I never thought possible - I feel more alert and my weight is still going down, but steadily. I have a protein shake with banana and chia seeds for breakfast, a large juice for lunch (I miss it if I don't!!) and a vegetable dinner, often with rice or beans. All the groups I have found on the website are for the actual Reboot, but I think the 'after reboot' is just as, and perhaps even more, important.
