Day 3 of reboot drinking just juice and coconut water no food, my face skin seems alot more moisturised and the flakey eczema seems a bit better. My body skin eczema is quite flared up although skin seems more moisturised. My sense of smell is really strong and I have not been hungry. Finding some of the green juices a bit challenging but having them cold through a staw is possible.

    Hello all,

I am Shade living in Herefordshire. I am on day 2 of my first ever reboot. I am doing it as I have severe eczema and allergies and my dermatoligist is wanting me to start taking immuno supressants which really scares me. I am hoping the reboot can calm my eczema enough to not take the scary drugs and maybe help control my allergies better.

Anyways I am following the 10 day reboot at the mo and it is going fine. I am not hungry and the juices are all drinkable (although some are much more paletable than others). I did not transition as since after yule I have been eating a fairy healthy diet anyways with no dairy (as I am allergic) or red meat (as I don't like it) or poultry (as I can't afford it). I feel a bit odd with the not eating solids, a bit cold, a bit grumpy, and a bit tired. But as I always feel like the last three due to my health conditions I don't think I am having too bad a time.

New friends, any help, and support would be greatfully received,

    Shade*
