    The secret to a green juice is adding an apple! Can't even taste the greens after all.

    Kale,Apple,Spinach, Cucumber and lemon and sneak in a tiny piece of ginger(good for the stomach and prevents you feelings nauseous)

    Or for a fruity one.... Green Apple, a Pear and spinach

    And another thing for me personally, when having a juice with cucumber in it... I add a lemon and makes it taste like lemonade in a way lol. Give these a try and let me know which one you enjoyed best.

    I tried the mean green it just tastes bland. ive decided to add lemon to basically anything I do cos it will takes SO much better! I cant do any of the ginger! I tried one last night and unfortunately i have 3 meals with ginger in it. yuck. Oh well I will just have to eat an apple with it to get it down!!!! Anyone else do this?

    You and I apparently have the same taste buds. I often eat fruit or veggies with my juice days. Not a lot, but just to keep my stomach from wanting to kill itself.

    Okay! Science of hunger! I promised it, you get it lol. If you are juicing for extended periods of time (like 10 plus days) your body will be really hungry for the first week or so. Because you're only consuming juice, your body signals to you that it's starving to death. But after about a week, your body realizes it isn't starving to death and that it's getting nutrients. So it stops signaling to you that it's starving. - So if you're only juicing for 3 days, it doesn't make a lot of sense to feel that hungry. Especially if you're just nibbling on fruits and veggies.

    The main point here is to get healthier. So fruits and veggies (fiber) should be included. You're still gonna lose weight.

    It's just deciding how hardcore you want to be.

    Hey, I like your username-big movie fan. I am new to juicing too but I don't believe a full juicing fast or diet is right for me right now. But I did a 3 day cleanse and it was a pretty cool experience!
