  • About: i have reached my goal weight only once in my life time. i am 33 with one child and want more but have went from 240 at 6ft to 304 after giving birth. The 304 has witnessed weight loss from 5-14lbs in the last 2 months. I'm just a early thirty something working mother/wife looking to change and turn around to my goal weight of 210 again.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I am ready to take this seriously and I need to very badly. I not only want to change the eating but want to change the way ive been looking at life from a food point of view. I've tried on and off juicing with Joe's recipes and I love the carrot/apple juice and am not crazy about the mean green one, but I do love the kale /spinach smoothie too. I just would like to have a support group because being a working mother of a 2 year old with a working husband and doing the cooking/cleaning/banking.. it adds up and eating is always 'a friend' when stress is on the shoulders. I need to join and join a support group type here too because I want my success to be 'our' success
  • Favorite Juice? kale & spinach smoothie
  • Food temptation? breads and pasta big time!!

Hi everyone. I have prepared 80% mentally before totally committing to this reboot juicing plan. It didnt help that Thanksgiving came and went either... but. I and my husband want to work on baby #2 by next week. Yeah short notice- i sadly gained all my 80lbs i lost with my first child a year ago and am back at 297! I want to drop alot of weight before getting pregnant again, but i know the time frame isn't working either if i do it that way. I want to start my juicing in the next week and want to at least drop 30-40 from now until the first few weeks into pregnancy. I wanted to know if anyone here has been through a full term pregnancy while still juicing all the way? It seems like all major nutrient are being eaten while on the reboot- with exception of animal protein.

Hi. My stats: 297 6ft female solid built but yes overweight. I gained my 80lb after my first baby last year and hubby and I want to try for another this december. I would like to know your opinion/input on sticking with juicing (i will be starting on 11/27) at start and full duration of pregnancy. If the full term is not recommended, then what parts of pregnancy is recommended to stay on juicing?

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!

HUGGLES EVERYONE :) This group is open to anyone who wants to start a 30 day reboot with us. Come join the fun. Reboots can be very tough. Having support during this process is so important. Lose weight, get healthy, whatever your goal is, lets do it together Plan for the rest of July is to eat lots of vegetables and eliminate all the bad foods, to get ready for the reboot. Just like Joe wrote in his book. The reboot will start on August 1st 2014.
