Here we are on Southport Beach, last Sunday, I'm the one in the middle with Soraya right under my feet! You can see by the foot prints in the foreground that some of the hounds are quite HUGE :) This is a monthly event (First Sunday) and it shows you what a little change in one area of your life (JUICING) can lead to other changes (like getting a dog and joining a group). I would NEVER have done this before I lost the weight. Who am I? LOL. Here's to small changes that bring unexpected rewards! JUICE ON!

This is my personal trainer, Soraya (15 wks old) my Great Dane puppy. Tonight was her first time to be left home alone INSIDE so it was with a great sense of relief that I came home, walked down the hall and saw her happily snoozing in front of the TV. I had wondered if I was going to regret leaving her inside but no, this is how she guards my home for me -asleep in front of the TV, barking at me because I woke her up LOL. One day she will be sprawled entirely across this bed, but for now it makes her look small, which she isn't. The bed is 135cm x 80cm. Her pink Sherpa coat is for mid-size dogs like Cocker Spaniels. It just fits her. So at 15 wks she is the size of a fully grown Cocker Spaniel. No wonder she sleeps so much - so much growing to do! It's nice to have a personal trainer who loves me unconditionally.

Moving takes such a lot of mental energy, but settling in, the other side of the move, is such a process. This morning I woke up at 2 a.m and HAD to sort out my pantry cupboard. It just wasn't working for me using the same game plan as what I had at the old place. I had been lying in bed, fighting the urge to make tea and sort out that damn cupboard, until I couldn't stand it and as Nike say "Just Do It", I did. What is awesome about this is that yesterday I started juicing again. It's as though getting the nutrients prompted the need to have things in order. I like the correlation that my inner environment is reflected in my outer one. The cupboards are in a much better arrangement, I have a box of surplus gadgets to take to my local charity, and I feel chipper. It's about time I went back to bed - 4.45 a.m and 7.9 degrees Celsius. Yep, time for some more sleep. But hey, when I wake up I have a fennel and capsicum juice OR an apple and ginger juice to enjoy. JUICE ON!!

Been in the garden this week - then I found this workout guide! Saving the money from the gym fees, I will be happily spending it on colorful flowers, vegetables and herbs!

Hi Julieanne---from Brisbane Australia. YEAH for passing over that plateau.....That is fabulous news.....Kudos to Soraya too! I have walked my neighbor's dog and "we both need leash training". LOL. Anyway, it was fun.

SO glad that you are feeling much better. Stay warm!! We have a few more months before the 'cold' is upon us again. Enjoying the outdoors as much as possible. Sending you warm breezes. :)

Thanks for the lovely personal message. Take care and enjoy those walks with Soraya too. WOOHOO 72.9kgs.......All the Best ~~IZzi~~

72.9kgs! (160.71lb) I AM OFF THE PLATEAU!!!! I have to say the credit goes to my new puppy Soraya, who has made me get out and walk in this cold wintery weather. Between the healthy eating, the metabolism cranking up to keep me warm, and the exercise, plus ridding myself of emotional baggage (via kinesiology) I am feeling wonderful. Ok - I am feeling COLD and wonderful. LOL.
