Hello Claire. I'm on day 4 and have been having extreme reactions to the juice. Basically all my symptoms are being intensified. Is it ok to dilute the juice with water? Is there an absolute minimum amount of juice that I need in a day to maintain nutrients?

Hey there Claire, I am doing well on the program, and have been lucky enough to be at home, having the time to prepare, these receipts etc... But I wonder if the "juices" can be purchased on line or in health food stores. Perhaps not your brand but other brands? Would make it easier as ii travel etc. I have heard about juice plus.. but I do not think those are drinks per sey.. maybe just a vitamin type thing?

Its ideal if you're not making them yourself, to buy them fresh at a juice bar and there are many around to find, here is a - Find a Juice Bar search
The next best option is buying cold pressed juices from a health market or food market.
The dr has stated I have osteoporosis. I had a hysterectomy 14 years ago with no hormone replacement and prefer not to if I can. I just started protein today. it 27g too much? How much oil should I be consuming a day?

Hello Claire, I was wondering why we are allowed night shades since I have read they are bad for thyroid issues?
They can be a problem for some people although they are in small amounts and certainly not during the juicing stage. Here is more on night shades -
HI, I am intersted in which one of Joe's books would be best for someone with hypothyroidism, my main reason for wanting to start juicing is to lose weight. I could lose 50 lbs. I appreciate you input.

my horrible nauseous only started after the zucchini primavera. I actually ended up throwing up and went to bed feeling bad but I woke up ok. I love fennel tea but I have searched high and low in town for it. Will have to go out of town for it. The tomato juice recipes seem to be the ones that are really waking up and satisfying my body. I can really feel it when I drink them so thanks for the recipe.
