Last summer I completed my first 15 day reboot. Although I didn't lose much weight during the reboot, when I came off my weight began to drop! (Weird!) I got down to my lowest weight since high school, 127 lbs! Although I gained back a few over the next few months, my weight stayed relatively stable around 130-132. This felt great!
The problem is that this summer has been the exact opposite. My weight is climbing towards my highest range, I weighed 139.5 this morning. (My highest was 146 several years ago) I am freaking out! I have hot flashes, aching joints (which hinder my workouts) and feel fat and disgusting! Can't fit into my skinny clothes at all.
I am 54 and need to know where to start again. Also how to maintain weight when my hormones are crazy!
Can I take supplements to help with my menopausal symptoms?
