I had urticaria for a year. The cure was a fast!! It was brown rice only for 7 days . Water of course. But it worked.

I'm glad you didn't have it too long!! It truly is one of the most miserable diseases... mine is autoimmune like Joe's. I've spent over 2 decades trying different medications for it, clinical trials, you name it... they even put me on a medication that kept me basically asleep for 2 weeks to try and put me into remission... so if this works, I will be one happy girl!!!!!! Let's start spring with a swift kick and do a reboot for the month of April. Our group began in March; some started and some left...but many stayed. This group is for anyone who wants to do a full juice fast. That means no solids are eaten OR talked about. If you feel that you need to be eating while juicing, there are other groups that have that as their focus.
