Hi christiD :) I'm very new too, I'm inn my fourth day of juicing, but this is my first day on this site. I am excited about this new way of eating, it really makes since to me, although the second day for myself was a real challenge, I almost broke my juicing diet :0 I had to cook dinner for my family, it smelled so darn good my stomach grumbled so strongly,I really wanted to just taste some of the food I was cooking, but,I didn't! I had to do this,I just wanted to prove that I can do this for myself. My husband was so understanding, he offered to take our daughter out to eat so it wouldn't be so enticing for me. I refused,I told him if I can't cook while I'm doing this, then Im not ever gonna do it. So, apparently I'm ready! As I mentioned earlier,im on day four, and I feel fantastic, and the best part is,I'm now off of coffee ! & that's a huge deal for me. So I know I'm in for the long hull!

A very small town in Ky . McCreary co. And when I say small I mean small ! Lol . We only have to grocery stores in our town Kroger and IGA , this is a WalMart about 15 miles from here but I worry about finding the good ingredients for making the right juices .

    @ ChristiD,

That was the reason for my question before. Are you nearby farmland? Perhaps you could try the farmers markets. I live in Dubai so everything is imported. Am just lucky there are so many places around to sell the required goods... Well most of them. And dont forget if you cant get one particular fruit or vedge - or dont like some- Joe has a substitution food link here, too. Just go above the juicing link , and hit it. Underneath you will see the sub-link: substitution.

    @ christiD,

Yes the site takes a little getting used to, but am sure soon you will be able to work things out. Have you started your juice plan yet?

I am on day 20 of a 60 day challenge... Will be returning to work tomorrow, but will drop by here every now and again to keep up to date.

    Happy thoughts and happy juicing.
