Sorry for the long absence. I have been back on real food now since the beginning of the month. I have not gained any weight and my entire appetite has completely changed. The things that tempted me before have mostly gone away. there are a few things I simply steer clear of (hot doughnuts, fresh bread, etc) I have purchased one candy bar since the fast and it was just "meh" nothing special. I LOVE KALE SALAD! I would have been hard pressed to even identify Kale at the grocery store prior to this project. I enjoy all sorts of raw vegetables
Well I am gearing up for another 30 day fast starting May 1. I hope to continue my journey to 185 lbs and reap more of the benefits of "drinking sunshine".
