So I have found that I can tolerate all juices I make. Tolerate as in if I drink them fast I can keep them down. I have a few juices that I like .. the mean green and a tomato recipe that reminds me of tomato soup. And some super yummy fruit drinks that I only allow myself one or 2 a day. Will everyone share a recipe or 3 that they enjoy and dont mind passing on? I want to try something new. Im on day 10of60 and would like to keep things interesting.

Im totally thrilled that after just 8 days of my 60 day juice fast i have completly turned around my relationship with food. I have been an over eater most of my life and always made excuses or thought " well i dont eat THAT much." When you take the food away its amazing to think of how much food i ACTUALLY consumed in a days time and why i consumed it. I find that this is the first diet that is actually working for me and i realize its because its so strict. Dont eat anything is a hard thing to swallow (: at first but it takes the complication of counting calories or making a good choice in what to eat. At the end of the day i feel great. Am i the only one out there that has been meaning to start a diet tomorrow and then tomorrow never comes. Wondering why years later im still planning on losing the weight. Eating because your bored and then feeling guilty and angry when you look in the mirror. Hiding myself in every picture and becoming a master deceiver when it comes to postitioning myself in pics to make me look thin. My camera sees me the way i see myself.. thin and beautiful. It is funny that in the picture on this very profile i actually weigh 260lbs but look like a thin girl? Do you guys believe me? cause its true.. lol Is it redicoulous that on day three I was making my 5 year old twins tuna fish sandwhichs and went as far as to take a bite, chew and then spit it out.. I DONT EVEN LIKE TUNA!! Am i redicoulous or what.. haha Does anyone else have these silly episodes? Im grateful because its been very eye opening and liberating for me! Im on day 8 and down 12lbs .. I weigh 248 and have another 60 i want to lose. Im 5'9 and otherwise very healthy. Id like to hear stories from other people about there progress, goals and any silly stories or victories! thanks everyone for reading
