Doing much better than I was! I figured out I make myself super nauseous if I just have juice in the morning with my medication so I have a small portion (hard boiled egg, apple, ect) plus a green juice so I'm doing better.

it's day 3 of my back-to-square-one reboot. I'm feeling pretty good today but I didn't get a change to walk on the treadmill before work. School and work are stressing me out but I'm determined to not eat like crap anymore.

Well, back to square one. I had a binge moment yesterday (emotional eating) and got myself off track. I was hoping for at least -8lbs before my doctor appointment tomorrow but I ended up gaining from my binge. Starting again tomorrow morning with a better mindset about how binge eating makes me feel physically and emotionally so I'm not tempted to sabotage myself.

Having a hard day at work...I'm a BIG emotional eater so it's hard for me to not take a lunch and binge eat by myself in some fast food restaurant. I walked a mile on the treadmill this morning and made myself some juice so I'm just going to put on my big girl panties and deal with my issues WITHOUT emotionally eating. *sigh* some support would be great today...

You can do it!! I'm a huge emotional eater, too. We have to change our patterns. Food isn't comfort. Find something that is (walking, yoga, reading, anything but eating!). You can do it!!

EXCELLENT DAY! It's Day 2 and I kind of fell off the wagon yesterday (on the first day! I had a cup of black coffee to get through my 10-hour day and some rice) but I'm starting today strong with a good work out and juice! Best of luck to everyone! Juice on!

This group is inspired by all the amazing people I have met in this community who, like me, have or had 100 lbs or more to lose when starting this journey with our wonderful Joe Cross:) There are special challenges in this world for those of us who are "morbidly obese" and there are some incredibly inspirational people around here conquering those challenges every day. Come be inspired and inspiring!

A group for those interested in not only doing a reboot but using it as a tool to effect serious change in your life. Use this opportunity to kick cravings out, face mental demons, load up on tons of fruits and vegetables and start living the life you always knew you could! I just completed my first 60 day juice only reboot on Thanksgiving (11-28-14) and lost 40lbs!!!! I felt great and still do but am not mentally where I want to be with food yet and physically still need to lose about 40lbs. So, I enjoyed my month after Thanksgiving to Christmas eating a mostly vegan diet and am ready to kick off another 60 day juice reboot. All are welcome, newbies and veterans alike, and although I am doing juice only and hope others will join me, all rebooters are welcome whether you juice only or don't or if it is for 60 days or 3. Let's join together and encourage one another to freedom!!!!
