    Hi Bet, it was super busy week at work. This week I finished my 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. I've learned alot of tips there to help me. I am preparing my juices at night before bed usually. I feel really great with the juices and even no longer want coffee.

    Hey Cathy - How is your juicing going? I am still juicing (2 juices a day) but have gone to a vegan diet (little to no added oils). I would like your opinion......I feel that most of the people in our juicing group are only in it for the weight loss (just another fad) rather than for permanent health reasons, and are not concerned with the amazing health benefits of a vegan lifestyle. I feel that my attempts (maybe a little heavy-handed) to impress upon them that their post-juicing fast diet is even more important for their health have been ignored. It seems that for most, health is not their main goal. So I have backed off from posting too much anymore. Any suggestions on how to bring the discussion back to health? Pat (Greenmustache)

    A group for those interested in not only doing a reboot but using it as a tool to effect serious change in your life. Use this opportunity to kick cravings out, face mental demons, load up on tons of fruits and vegetables and start living the life you always knew you could! I just completed my first 60 day juice only reboot on Thanksgiving (11-28-14) and lost 40lbs!!!! I felt great and still do but am not mentally where I want to be with food yet and physically still need to lose about 40lbs. So, I enjoyed my month after Thanksgiving to Christmas eating a mostly vegan diet and am ready to kick off another 60 day juice reboot. All are welcome, newbies and veterans alike, and although I am doing juice only and hope others will join me, all rebooters are welcome whether you juice only or don't or if it is for 60 days or 3. Let's join together and encourage one another to freedom!!!!
