    Hi Catherine, It's delicious isn't it. I've just thrown other veggies and herbs I had sitting around into a new batch. More green stuff ... spinach, rocket, jalapeno peppers and tomatoes. Waiting for it to cook down a bit then I'm mixing up a cuppa with the divine chia seeds. Thanks for connecting. Susan

    Hi Dan, thanks for your message. Going ok thanks. Ups n downs but sticking to the plan and taking each day at a time. Day 10 (Sunday) here for me. Just driven back from a 3 day break with my partner. Heading to office shortly to catch up on a few things and then to supermarket for stock up of next 5 days of juicing. I recall the feeling on my last reboot how SO much is based around food. My teeth hurting quite a few days now do heading to dentist hopefully tomorrow. Think it's from lots of cold liquid that my teeth don't always favour. GREAT NEWS is that I fit into more of my clothes now and just grateful for lots if support on this reboot. My aim was for approx 65pounds so it's a journey. Dreamt last night that I ate something. Weird, but expected that to happen. Well that's my news at present, how are you going?
