Hi Everyone, I am doing 5 days juicing with a very small meal at night, (lots of veges and a little meat). Drinking loads of water. I am planning on having the 2 days after (which will be sat & sun) off juice but eating only light meals. This way I wont go crazy over the weekends and I will be able to sustain juicing and socializing! What do you think?
I am about 40 kilos overweight and feeling really awful, not sleeping, puffing and just yuk!
I am feeling a bit light headed today, I have had 2 x green juices, 1 x apple so far, planning on having an early dinner and going to bed early.
I weighed myself today, not good and plan on weighing once a week.
I would love some others to join and tell me their stories!
