After finishing an imperfect reboot Im going to do a five day juice only and then go on to the Transition out period. After that maybe a 5 5 5 from Joes book or possibly another juice reboot. Choices!

Generally if you are eating and juicing healthily it is pretty well guaranteed that you will lose weight. However people are all different so the weight loss might fall of at different rates .the thing is not to get frustrated if it slows up as the worry and stress from this will actually prevent weight loss. also never compare your weight loss with others. Compete with yourself. Hope this helps.

Hiya again. Remind me pls when you finish your reboot. Lol, when you wrote 555 I thought you must have been in THailand as that is a variation of LOL. Nope sorry never heard of the juicing 5 days, eat 5 days, etc. However what I did between reboots was still juice twice a day plus eat a healthy meal. Loads of links around for recipes so when you are ready let me know and I will pass some onto you for starters. In the meantime you can start by looking at eg. The GOurmet VEgan. Have a look at Sofia's page for several links as well as Lia's VEge-Table on this site. All good.
thanks that is really helpful. I know you weren't doing it to lose weight so my only question is if I could achieve weight loss on that bearing in mind that the one meal would be healthy one. my reboot finishes in 7 days. I got the 5 5 5 idea ( LOL) from the Reboot with Joe book where he mentions it. Thanks so much for mentioning those sites. I will def check them out. :)

Thanks Maxene. I see from your profile that you have a lot of experience with this. My 30 day reboot ends soon and I've still got a lot of weight to lose. Do you recommend or know anything about the 555 ( five days juice, five days plant based and back to 5 day juice) or do you think a couple of juices a day with one meal is good? I know it's personal preference and depends on a lot of factors. Im just trying to get ideas before my reboot ends. Caroline

I completely understand and empathize where you all might be coming from - I have so been there and done that. The hardest part is just making the decision to commit to your self. It seems that once you make the decision to overcome confusing eating habits and make a change....the quick results and new found energy pumps you up to follow through, prevail and find success.
After watching my beloved Joe Cross & personal saviour Phil Staples in www.fatsickandnearlydead.com and with further reading of Dr. Fuhrman's "Eat to Live", "The China Study and WHOLE" by T.
