• Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I've had a hard time getting the extra weight off since I've hit the dreaded 30's a few years back. Crazy how much your body changes after kids and with age. I've been hitting the gym and losing inches instead of pounds and even started training Jiu Jitsu to jump start my weight loss.. Now I've decided it was finally time to get on this reboot. I've been on for about 5 days and down 8 lbs. so far. Definitely thinking about making this a permanent addition to my life.
  • Favorite Juice? So far, anything with citrus.
  • Food temptation? Anything that tastes fantastic! In other words, Fast Food.
