I started juicing Tuesday and managed one full day and then breakfast and lunch yesterday.
By dinner time (17:00) I was shaking like a leaf and desperate for food. Felt dizzy/sick etc.
I caved in and ate :(
My thoughts are that perhaps I could juice breakfast and lunch and then have a very healthy dinner, perhaps chicken and veg or a salad.
I understand that the point of juicing is to allow your digestive system a break, but surely this would still be amazing for me??
