  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I started juicing three months before Fat, Sick and Nearly dead came out in my area. I thought I was all alone when I was juicing. I had bought a book about juicing among many other books in an attempt to find a healthy way to lose 45 pounds, drop an incredibly high LDL cholesterol and work on a pre diabetic diagnosis. Juicing seemed the smartest route, and I lost 30 pounds all alone. Months later, I walked by my neighborhood theater and saw a marque poster for the premier of Fat, Sick &Nearly Dead and an invite to "Meet Joe Cross"...I was not alone and I have been coming to Reboot with Joe since he put the website up.
  • Favorite Juice? the Classics, Mean Green
  • Food temptation? Beer..which leads to fast foods and ho-ho's(little snack cakes)

After treating my body like a rental car for years, I have adopted a healthy lifestyle which includes juicing and quarterly juicefasts. I have very high Cholesterol (Hypercholestrolemia) and would like help find out which juices would be good for lowering cholesterol and removing it from my bloodstream.
thank you for your time and knowledge
