Hi Byron! I GOT THE ALL CLEAR! The heart stress test has come back and although something is unusual, it's probably my normal and there is no need to panic! YAY! Back to the fast!

Hi Byron, thank you for your lovely words of support. I don't have any news just yet. Tomorrow I have injection number 3 of the B12 and hope to get my heart stress test results at the same time. I promise, once the results are in, I WILL tell you! Really glad you liked the smiling moose - I thought he was pretty cool too. Then someone passed this one to me - it's great advice....... :)

G'day Byron, I am so sorry to hear about your wife's health issue, I have missed your posts (thanks Izzi for mentioning it here!). I can't imagine how you must feel but know you have faith, strength and support for each other. The tracks you sent are keeping me upbeat, thanks a million. This week has been a bit frustrating for me - a week long plateau, birthday parties and just feeling as though I am missing out. Of course, with your situation coming to light this has all been put into perspective. Thank you for sharing, it has given me the kick in the pants I needed to get over my self-pity. All the best for the upcoming surgery. :)

thanks its definitely difficult trying no to worry and rely on prayers and go on with faith, but we are doing the best we can. i know we live in an amazing country, where at least we don't have to worry about the cost and we have great doctors, but and this a big but, its a dangerous surgery. its a trial of faith for sure. but we are up for it i'm sure in a couple of weeks will be sharing rejoicing news

    thanks for your encoragement

    have a great night

Hi Byron---From reading a few of your posts...I want to offer encouragement and prayers for your wife's health issue recovery.......You have completed 30 days of juicing? Seems like jucing is never ending for us. I guess that's a lifestyle change and that is a positive for sure...and...congrats on taking a major chunk out of your journey. One third of the journey is history!!! Way to go. Have a great day Byron. :)

thanks for your message yes she is going for a major surgery no fun for sure but we have faith that all will be OK. scary nevertheless its a surgery on her head, no brain surgery but close to it, so very concern for sure. so i appreciate your prayer its definitively a great source of comfort. just the thought of losing her its scary, she is my high school sweet heart and we been married for 32 years so its major concern when you grow so close to each other, if you can imagine.

    Thanks

Well done Byron!!!! Yes sing your heart out! It's a great feeling and needs to be shared! Great news about the pills - have you been on them very long? What a sense of achievement you must have! Do you have an event, photo or outfit that is inspiring you? I own a gorgeous dress I bought back in 1993, with the plan to wear it to the races. I fell pregnant before I had even paid it off and the dress was sent to the back of the cupboard! It's been worn only twice since then. Once in the loungeroom and the other time at a work event where I was terrified the zip would pop! I plan to wear it in April for my birthday, so it is definitely inspiring me. By the way, loved the clip - truly, I laughed out loud! Keep up the great work, can't wait to hear of your next success!
