Get the big things first (broccoli, kale, apples) - the ones you'll really need and you can switch out the others.
When I started juicing I was convinced I had to follow the recipes perfectly - now throw in whatever veggies there are with a bit of apple and it all tastes fine!
Great to have variety but get what you can afford and it'll work out - I'm in Vietnam where there are loads of veg like broccoli and cucumber but no kale, hasn't stopped me yet.
You'll be fine - juice on! :) Go for it!
