- About: I'm an avid cyclist, certified Spin & Body Pump instructor. I'd love to train towards a goal of a metric century or a century ride. I'm fortunate to be in a relationship with a well rounded, well traveled who enjoys meal prep as much as I do! We're always cooking up something new.
- Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I've always struggled with my weight my whole life has been up or down or up or down once again. I'd love to lose about 50 pounds. I have reactive hypoglycemia which makes weight loss more difficult as I struggle to achieve the perfect balance. I've learned that through juice or soup I enjoy a few veggies (TOMATOES) that I've always hated to eat raw.
- Favorite Juice? Grape w/ loads of fresh ginger
- Food temptation? crispy, crunchies, chips, potatoes, crackers...
