Hi, thanks for the request I'm 5 days in and feeling good. Need to lose 30 pounds 20 more to go. I have heart issues so was told to keep my weight in check by my cardiologist. I was very hungry last night but rode it and went to bed. It's good to feel hungry sometimes normally when we get a hint of hunger we eat. Half the world is starving to death and the other half is eating itself to death. Good lick big_mama I think you will find your health problems will improve with the juicing weight loss. Be sure to do it under medical supervision. Wally
Hi Wally, thanks and you too good luck, I'm lil' over a week but not fully juicing, I've found smoothies are quite delicious too, yes like you I too have to watch my weight I want to lose like 50lbs. I've also high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes type 2 but have to take insulin <<< which are at the moment being controlled somewhat by medications I hope soon I won't need most of my meds. Most of the time juicing, smoothies and/or salads keep me full, I tend to do a little walking after every meal and don't forget lots a water helps before and after a meal also. thanks again and keep in touch Wally. big_mama_808 "S"
