  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: For the past 4 years I have been dealing with so many issues regarding my weight. Ive lost my happy, vibrant self and turned into someone who I never thought I would become. I became lost, isolated, and depressed with no passion to live life the way it should be lived. I know that getting back into a healthy body and state of mind is the cure. One day I would love to become a Holistic Nutritionist and with the knowledge that I will gain from doing the juice fast I can hopefully help people & future clients. I want to inspire the people around me to live a healthy, happy life!

    Day 31! Currently at 177.0. Yeserday I was 176.5 (20 pounds loss) I think I have been stuck around this weight because I'm only drinking 2 juices. Going to be adding in another juice to see how it goes!

    Day 25! I've upped my green veg in my green juices & cut down a bit on the fruit and incorporated salads for dinner. AND low and behold - My plateau broke! Down to 178.5 :) Very grateful to be in the 170's again :) Hope I can keep this going!

    Day... yikes what day am I on? lol. Day 19! and day 12 of Juice only. Down to 180.5 today. So that means im down a total of 16 pounds! I've lost all this weight yet my clothes are still snug on me? :( Was hoping I would be down atleast a size by now!

    Day 13! and day 6 of Juice only! Feeling good today. The scale hasn't moved for 2 days. Ive been stuck at 185.0lbs. But im going to try really hard not to focus on the scale - and pay more attention as to how I feel. I think my clothes are a tad bit looser. But im really not sure!

    Day 12! And day 5 of juice only! Not feeling hungrey at all.. infact ive only had 1 juice today and its 3:30pm! Yikes.. but ive been drinking alot of water. Is this normal? And stomach is growling, but not because of hunger. Almost like its digesting somthing?

    Hey Bethany!!

    10 days! Congrats!! If your feeling tired remember these things our coach suggested - Coconut water, vegetable broth, herbal teas, LOTS of water & extra juice - Typically when I feel tired its because I haven't drank enough water. The coconut water, broth and herbal teas always help. Keep up the good work!!! You got this!!

    Day 10! 7 days of Juicing untill Dinner and 3 days of Juice only! Feeling tired :( But the scale shows -9lbs! However Not noticing any physical changes yet? Anxiously waiting for my clothes to start feeling looser..
