• Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I did a 15 day guided reboot in October 2014 which I extended to 30 days. It was very successful--healthy and 80 lbs lost over the first year. I continued to eat well & juice for 2 years & then slowly mixed bad eating habits with the good. So I decided I needed a reboot of my reboot! It helps me if I do this in a group so here I am!
