  • About: I am a mom of two.I gave birth to my second son late in life almost 40and gettin back in shape hasnt been easy. I jog and eveyting but it hasnt been the same as with the first son. I am always tired and being the mother of sons- it requires a lot of energy. I am worried that my body is not mine anymore so I am doing this to try to regain control of my life.

    Hello..well day 7 here. Day 5 and 6 were tough. I must have hit a sadness bubble of some kind.. I cried a lot and felt really blue. In the end yestarday I had a salad. Today I woke up feeling really really dizzy..I have no idea why.. Just felt the world was spinning. I havent been able to go running yet today. I have been drinking only coconut wáter..and some Green drink. I am down to 65.6 kilos. We will see how this week plays out. I wish you all plenty of health.

    Hi guys! well here is my experience so far..I had done this reboot only 5 days 8 months ago.. This time around (beginning of June ) I did it for 15 days of only juice. Went from 72 kilos to 68 kilos. I stopped and ate only raw food and once a day grilled vegetables ( for a Little time). And I am talking tons and tons of salads!! Kept the weight off. Now i am starting again, this is my third day of only juice and I am down to 66 kilos. I want to get down to at least 58 kilos. I am running like crazy. I had always loved to run and now I run daily (one of these days I ran twice) about 6 kms... I get a huge high which helps with the anxiety... wish me luck..hope to be able to do at least two or three weeks this time ... I am hungry today though-third day :)

    Oct 13 gonna try to do this again. Hope to do for at least one month, i really cannot stand myself anymore. have to do this. Drank a Green juice this am feel like throwing up.I am sure its all the toxins coming out. God I need help. I need to loose 20 kilos . I dont feel well .

    I have been really absent from here. Its been a real struggle, i feel i haven't really done this very seriously. I have been juicing twice a day adnd then I get reallllllllyyyy hungry and it all goes downhill. I am going today to try to deal with those hunger pains maybe with a smoothie and a salad? I am not sure that will work. We will see. I am still running round 40 m ins every day but i don't think that is doing much to me. Oh well… tis another day… so lets give this a new start. I hope everybody is well… don't loose faith. we are strong we are human!!!

    finally out of the bacteria my son had… geez what a week, I hope this week eases a bit better. i did juice twice during the whole week and ate once a day. This week I will try to start a bit stricter and go to the gym more. I love the fact that my skin is clearing up a lot… and I do feel more energetic,. … how is everybody doing?????????

    my baby still has Rotavirus. i am still juicing…. and i think I also have the virus… no gym yesterday or today.

    this week has been hectic My baby has had a stomach flu so its been hard on me. Still I have been juicing throughout the day and at night a smoothie. Clothes feel better though i have no idea how much weight I have lost. I will check next week. Going to the gym when I can too
