It seems foam from a centrifugal juicer like mine is an issue for some. My juicer comes with a pitcher that is supposed to skim off the foam. Said pitcher does a poor job of it. I went on Amazon and bought a cheap 4 cup fat seperator usually used for making gravy. That thing works PERFECTLY for seperating all the foam from the juice when I run the juice directly into the seperator. Give it a try and tell me what you think.

    Thanks

50 years of smoking ended 27 days ago. I started at 15. What's next? BMI says I'm 13 lbs overweight so I cranked up the JL juicer. I HATE eating vegetables. I discovered I actually like the juice, even green juice. Smoke began pouring out of the JL. 2 days later Amazon Prime provided a Breville 5-speed with which I am pleased. I may add masticating to the stable but for now I'm fine. I'll be starting a juice fast on Labor Day. I'm planning on 7 days, we'll see. Any advice on anything from preparation to sticking with it appreciated. Does anyone have experience with going beyond the originally intended length?

    cheers
