  • About: I have been overweight since my teenage days and I confess that its been because of going days without water but sodas, eating the fatty parts of pork, no exercise at all.....This destroyed my body, gave me a huge pot belly which has now worsened after child birth. I want to claim back my health...I want to be what I have never been before. I want to wear the body that God intended for me to have. And I believe its possible because I believe.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: Inspired by Joe & Phil, their weight loss journey is something I'd like to try as well. And I believe I can do it.
  • Favorite Juice? Anything with cucumber and carrots
  • Food temptation? Am the cook at home so am tempted to taste while cooking.I also crave very unhealthy foods like crisps, cakes etc
