Hi from the land of Aus, my hubby and I are going to start the reboot this week, we purchased a Breville Juicer on the weekend, have been reading and reading, bought lots of veges and fruit. But still have questions to ask, anyway just wondering if anyone does the reboot with eating? That is what we would like to start doing ( i am a Type 1 Diabetic been that way for 24 years) anyway, so can you Juice for breakfast, have a salad for lunch with say a boiled egg in it?? Then Juice for afternoon snack maybe some almonds thrown in for morning snacks? And a vege stir fry for dinner and maybe a juice thrown in? Does anyone do this and has it worked for them?
Just don't want to jump into this without fully understanding it all.
Any info would be appreciated thanks :)
