    Juice only is too extreme for me, it just doesn't fit with my family and lifestyle. I tried it once for 12 days, and it went well but I've found a compromise that works better for me. Juice all day then a healthy evening meal. That way, I don't feel excluded at family meals or gatherings with friends. By making healthy choices the food will be nutritious and full of fibre. My plan is to do this for 6 weeks then review. Starting tomorrow, 2nd June 2015. In 6 weeks we are going on holiday, I hope to lose at least 2 stone by then. I'm ready, the shopping is done, the juicer is ready, as are the ice, straws and my motivation! Please do join me for mutual support and encouragement. I have 70lbs to lose
