I went for a 20km run today,after googling and researching on the internet about marathon running and juicing.
The first 15kms were great and I felt strong, Average pace was 6 - 6.30 minutes per kilometre. After the 15km mark I averaged approximately 7 minutes per kilometre. I had cocount water with me, and every time I drank some I could feel it refuelling my body. I dedicated this 20km run to my very special father who passed away on Friday 20th February with Bone Cancer.
