• About: Looking forward to sharing this reboot experience. I tried it once on my own last year and was somewhat successful. My son gave me a new Kuvings juicer for Christmas and it makes juicing a breeze. I live out in the country near the Appalachian Trail and convergence of two great rivers and 3 states. Lots of history here.
  • Why I've Joined Reboot with Joe: I had surgery last winter and have had a time with my gut ever since. Using probiotics has not been enough to get my system back online. In addition, I've been struggling with adult acne via roseacea and the internal gut issues. I've also gained some unwanted weight. I'm back to the gym now but need support to get my system back into balance and feeling better. I've been juicing a few times a week but feel that this reboot and the support of a coach and group is just the ticket to help me achieve the breakthrough that I need.

    leftover residues

    Has anyone made anything with the leftover residues not used in the juice? I was thinking could cook it down to be used in vegetable broth when the fast is over. I've been putting it sin a freezer bag and freezing for later use.

    Hi Tumbleweed - If you go into the 15 day Reboot page under "Resources", you will find a link in the listing about what to do with the pulp. Theres lots of good info under that heading. One of them is about using it to make broth or stock, among other ideas. Check it out.
